House rules
- I approve every ad before it goes up.
- No hate, adult content, scams, gambling, vapes or anything illegal.
- If I can’t accept your ad you get a full refund.
- First come, first served.
What we won’t accept
We turn down any ad, image, title or link that is, promotes or leads to:
- Hate: anything that attacks or demeans people for who they are, or promotes violence.
- Adult content: nudity, sexual content, or adult services.
- Scams: phishing, fake shops, get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or other investment schemes, and misleading offers.
- Gambling: betting, casinos, lotteries, loot boxes and tipster services.
- Vapes: vapes, e-cigarettes and e-liquids.
- Anything illegal in the UK, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, and content that infringes someone else’s copyright or trade mark.
- Harmful links: malware, links flagged as unsafe, or links that hide where they really go.
- Impersonation: pretending to be a person, brand or organisation you’re not.
Links
- Links must use https and go to a working page.
- Every link on the grid is marked as sponsored. Your ad sends you visitors, but it won’t pass search ranking to your site.
- We check links when you buy, when we approve your ad, and every week after that.
Advertising rules
Your ad must follow the UK advertising rules in the CAP Code: it must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. You are responsible for what your ad says and for having the right to use your image.
Our decision
A person reviews every ad, and the final decision is ours. If we can’t accept your ad, you get a full refund. If a live ad breaks these rules later, we may take it down (see the terms).
